GENERAL NOTES
----------------------
The universe of this variable covers the individuals attending school at the time of the survey (ATTSCH=1), and will be coded missing for others.
If the type of secondary school is not specified, it is assumed to be academic (Code 3).
For the surveys in which no distinction is provided between university and post university, they are considered to be university.


COUNTRY SPECIFIC NOTES
----------------------------------
This variable was generated by upgrading the grade the person has completed (q_110) by 1 level for those who were enrolled at the time of the survey (q_108=1); i.e. if the highest educational level attained is primary stage and the individual is still reported to be attending school, then he/she should normally be enrolled in the preparatory stage.
